Partners in Education (PIE) of Douglas County, Inc. is thrilled to partner with the Douglas County Government to present the Deck the Halls Silent Auction — a community celebration that combines creativity, generosity, and holiday cheer.
This annual event raises funds for the PIE Sunshine Fund, which supports educational programs, initiatives, and students throughout Douglas County. It’s the perfect way to kick off the holiday season while making a difference in our local schools.
What to Expect
The Douglas County Courthouse will be transformed into a winter wonderland filled with beautifully decorated small trees, wreaths, centerpieces, and boxed ornament sets — all crafted and donated by local businesses, organizations, and community members. Each piece will be available for silent bidding from November 5–21, giving visitors the chance to take home a festive decoration while supporting education in our community.
How to Participate
We welcome individuals, businesses, and organizations to join the fun by donating holiday décor for the auction. Items should be dropped off and set up at the Douglas County Courthouse on November 3rd and 4th between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
